Do your products come from Australia?

Every product that is sold from our site has been sourced from Australian distributors and suppliers NOT overseas. Because of this, all products are sold with their Australian manufacturers warranty and claims can be dealt with from within Australia.

Can I pickup from somewhere?

Currently we do not have any facilities to allow pickup of orders. We only exist online to keep our running costs as low as possible so that we can pass on these savings to you! All deliveries are made by courier anywhere in Australia for a flat rate.

How much is delivery?

Typically delivery is $14.95, but can be more for heavier or special items such as laser printers or plasma/LCD televisions. We deliver anywhere in Australia for the flat rate $14.95 and you can order multiple items at once to save even more!

How long does delivery take?

If the item is in stock, delivery will take approximately 2 business days to any capital city and metropolitan area in Australia. However, delivery times can vary depending on our own stock levels as well as the stock available from manufacturers and our suppliers. We have multiple supplier agreements to get your product to you as soon as possible.

Can I save delivery costs by buying multiple items at once?

Absolutely. Our systems are designed to automatically calculate the optimum delivery costs for you. The only exception to this rule would be if you're ordering a large or fragile item that requires special handling, for example, a plasma television

How long are warranties, what do they cover, and how to claims work?

Warranties are typically 12 months on most items. For all exceptions, the warranty period will be detailed in the product overview. Warranties cover faulty goods.

How secure is your site in regards to credit card transactions?

You can buy with confidence as our site does not process or store any credit card information. We use PayPal to process all credit card transactions via high grade, 256-bit encrypted communications.

Are you guys legit?

Yes. We are a family owned Australian corporation with all the required paperwork including ASIC registration, an ABN, an ACN, registered business names, insurance, etc. Our offices are currently based in Melbourne, Victoria. Please refer to the about us page for more information.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

At Go Go Gadget we pride ourselves on offering our customers great gadgets at low prices. We encourage you to check out our website, and ask us as many questions as you need, to determine the suitability of our products for you before you purchase. When you're comfortable we have the right product at the right price for you, please proceed with your purchase.

Please choose carefully, as once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it or accept a return unless the item is faulty or missing parts. In the event of this occurring, depending upon the manufacturer's warranty conditions, we will either gladly exchange your item for an identical working item, or you will be able to return your faulty item directly to the manufacturer in any Australian state under the terms of your warranty.
